| Title | The Investigation and Analysis of Appointed Doctor Status in Borderland Hospital of Army |
| Abstract | In present years, the hospitals of army have to be faced with a dilemma: doctors number reduction and development of hospital. To better promote rapid and healthy development of border military hospital, we investigated the status of employment doctors in a city on the border three military hospitals. The result showed that the employment of doctors is an effective solution to the military hospital while the Shortage of human resources, the development has gradually become an important force in military hospital building, but there are still overloaded with work, professional quality is not strong, poor sense of belonging , inadequate management and other defects. This article puts forward a series of practical attractive method of employment and keep people, to provide guidance and reference for establishing and improving the effective management systemof the employment of doctors in military hospital.In this paper, we used data analysis, survey, expert interviews and seminars and other methods, respectively research the employment of doctors on management status and problems;The stability of the factors employed practitioner team; the role and status of employment of doctors and should have the quality. The results showed that:the employment of doctors and hospitals the number of scale imbalance. There is the phenomenon of overload of work. Employment of doctors team business quality is not high, there is the irrational structure, generally not well educated, work experience is short, less training opportunities and other issues. Employment of doctors team a sense of belonging has not yet established. There is low benefits, professionalism is not strong, mobility and other issues. Management system is not established, there are not enough high-level attention, the mechanism is not perfect and so on. The Role employment of doctors needs to be enhanced to improve, but there are high expectations and the reality does not match demand, positioning the contradictions are not allowed. This paper also analyzes the reasons for producing these results, the status of management and influencing factors, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The first, efforts to solve the problem how attractive: the one is to provide good basic safeguard, and the other is to provide a broad stage of life. The second, focus on how employment issues:â‘ pay close attention to standardized management, strengthening the management foundation;â‘¡pay close attention to job training, improve the overall quality;â‘¢improve the incentive mechanism, boldly start using excellent talented people. The third, efforts to solve the problem how to keep people:â‘ keep people in culture,â‘¡keep people on policyâ‘¢keep people by achieve ownership. |
