| Title | Research of Drug Resistance and Resistant Gene of Klebsiella Pneumoniae and Escherichia Coli |
| Abstract | In recent years, drug resistance of bacteria have been a important problem which the world meets. resistance of many drugs and across resistance of bacteria have been growing severe. Therewith, drug resistance of resistant bacteria shows characteristic of district and diversity resistance mechanism,moreover,different resistance chart appears at different hospital and section. In allusion to the resistance problem of different district,this text investigated the Klebsiella pneumoniae and using full self-motion bacteria identify system. The author collect 31 Klebsiella pneumoniae and 19 Escherichia coli from the second hospital of shanxi medicine university.After checking the resistance of 19 drugs、the types of resistant genes and the gene mutation of usual fluorinquinolone, the author studied the drug resistance and resistant genes disciplinary of Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli from the second hospital of shanxi medicine university.Antibiotics are the important to curing infection.the method of drug sensitive shows that the top resistance ratio of 31 Klebsiella pneumoniae is 46.7%(Cefazolin), the bottom is 3.2%(Cefoxitin). The all are sensitive to Meropenem and Imipenem.The ratio of ESBLs is 16.1%. The top ratio of 19 Escherichia coli can be resistant to eleven types of drugs. The ratio of bacterias which are resistant to three or more is 94.7%.5 Klebsiella pneumoniae and 10 Escherichia coli produce ESBLs partly, and the ESBLs strengthen drug resistance.So,in clinic, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli have large drug resistance, and have important influence to curing disease.Experiment of PCR shows that 22 Klebsiella pneumoniae and 19 Escherichia coli are checked successfully,and the 10 types of resistant genes are included in two types of bacteria. Thereinto SHV is the main one in Klebsiella pneumoniae,and Escherichia coli is TEM.So the usual resistant genes are seen in Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli.We should select the drugs which can escape the resistance considering the gene characteristic, in order to decrease the resistance.molecule clone experiment of gyrA shows that 7 gyrA gene mutated of 10 Escherichia coli. So gyrA is the usual mutation gene of fluorinquinolone, and we should select the drugs which are difficult to cause the gyrA mutation. We should strenthen the study of easy method checking mutation place,and use the optimize cure. |
