| Abstract | Purpose:This study were from the national experience of the old Chinese Professor Yang Jialin Qingshizhitong decoction treatment of chronic intermittenta dministration of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease vector for thes tudy to observe the Qingshizhitong Decoction intermittent dosing method for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and to explore its role and mechanism,the optimized administration method for clinical safety,effective,economic and rational use of drugs to provide the basis and reference laboratories,and then inherit and carry forward the name of the old traditional Chinese medicineclinical experience and medication characteristics.Methods:This subject adopts the chronic pelvic inflammation of the common pathogenic escherichia coli simulation the chronic pelvic inflammation animal model. Qingshizhitong decoction might through improving the concentration of machine IL-2 strengthen the immune function, and directly or indirectly to strengthen the anti-inflammatory abilities, and achieve the purpose of treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.4 We can see from the above three points:In this study, wet from the Qingshizhitong decoction anti-inflammatory pain relief directly or indirectly, to protect the rats to the point of view CIPD model:a constant dose of their traditional method (traditional delivery method), interval of constant administration method, dosage half of the traditional administration of law, and intermittent administration of half dose method (intermittent dosing method) rat model can be made directly or indirectly CIPD play and enhance the body fight inflammation and the ability of rats to maintain normal anatomy of the uterus, and significantly improve the endometrial morphology lesions, so as to achieve a therapeutic effect of pelvic inflammatory disease.And intermittent half quantity give medicine method (intermittent dosing method) and traditional constants dosing method (traditional dosing method), interval constants to medicine method, traditional medicine dose halved out-perform dosing method intermittent half quantity dosing method) (batch dosing time is shortened, total daily dose and total to medicine, and reduce the amount of rats with CIPD model has obvious therapeutic effect.
